Travel Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking fluent English speakers to join our dynamic customer support team in New Cairo. In this position you will deliver exceptional service, handle inquiries via phone, email or chat, and represent a premier global account.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer support in clear, professional English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting and issue resolution promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed performance KPIs.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (strong spoken and written communication).
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Previous call‑center or customer‑service experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fast typing speed.
• Adaptability to rotational shifts.
