About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking agents to join our call centre in Egypt. The role involves handling inbound visa‑related inquiries and providing clear, empathetic assistance to customers.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information on visa requirements and application procedures.
Assist customers with completing online visa application forms and resolve queries or complaints.
Communicate clearly in French and English, displaying empathy and professionalism.
Use automated information systems to analyze customer situations and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

HSC / Graduate; freshers can apply with zero experience.
Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service (preferred).
Good French and English (B1‑B2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle irate customers.

Required skills

Basic computer knowledge.
MS Office proficiency.
Typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 90% accuracy.
