Treasury Accountant

About the role

Bosta, a fast‑growing overnight delivery provider for e‑commerce in Egypt, is looking for a Treasury Accountant to manage its cash and banking operations. You will ensure accurate cash positioning, support funding needs, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily treasury activities, including cash management, credit, data entry, reporting, reconciliations and settlements.
• Update cash positions for all bank accounts and review short‑term and long‑term cash flow requirements.
• Prepare and investigate bank reconciliations, clearing reconciling items regularly.
• Drive improvements in cash management to meet financial obligations on time and in line with company policies.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations with banks, monitor cash transactions, and direct collectors and bank representatives.
• Manage daily bank transfers and perform other duties related to treasury functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a treasury function.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of finance, treasury processes, banking products, accounting standards and financial systems.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite (a plus).
