About the role
We are seeking a Tutor Acquisition specialist to lead the recruitment of qualified tutors for our growing educational organization. The role focuses on high‑volume hiring to ensure we meet the increasing demand for personalized tutoring services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for tutor positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate tutoring skills and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential tutors for current and future hiring needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in high‑volume hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using recruitment software.
