TV and Small Appliance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a reliable TV and Small Appliance Technician to join our After‑Sales Service team. You will be responsible for safely repairing a range of defective electrical and electronic products, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair TVs (LCD, Plasma, CRT), DVD players, Hi‑Fi systems, home theaters, microwaves and various small appliances such as vacuum cleaners, blenders, mixers and water dispensers.
• Prepare cost estimates for out‑of‑warranty or misuse cases.
• Order, receive and manage spare parts required for repairs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve pending cases.
• Update the service system daily with completed repair work.
• Prepare technical reports and submit them to the Senior Electrical Technician.
• Follow company service procedures and maintain service quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics repair, preferably in an authorized service centre.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
