Undergraduate Software Development Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated undergraduate student to join our engineering team in Cairo. The intern will work on software development for external customer products, gaining hands‑on experience across the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of product development, from planning and design to testing and documentation.
• Modify existing software to add new functions, improve performance, and enhance usability.
• Write, debug, and integrate flexible, scalable code based on design specifications.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices to manage tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare accurate project status updates and documentation for leadership.

Required profile

• Senior undergraduate student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and core computer‑science concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• C# and .NET development.
• JavaScript, preferably with React.
• MSSQL Server database knowledge.
• Understanding of CI/CD best practices.
• Experience with GitLab and source‑code management tools.
