Vendor Reporting & Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Ingram Micro’s Vendor Reporting team in the MEA region, supporting technology distribution across the META market. You will ensure vendor reports are submitted accurately and on time, while coordinating with internal teams to maintain data quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Submit vendor POS and inventory reports according to required frequency.
• Monitor report submission success, address rejections, implement corrective actions, and resubmit.
• Track claim rejections, resolve issues, and perform claim reconciliation.
• Obtain finance sign‑off on reconciliations and distribute weekly/monthly reconciliation reports.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar reporting or operations role.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel knowledge.
