Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio of mid‑term rental properties. In this remote position you will manage day‑to‑day operations, communicate with guests, and help optimise property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, lease agreements, and tenant onboarding.
• Monitor occupancy, update pricing, and track renewals or extensions.
• Manage maintenance requests and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain listings on platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Keep property records, reports, and operational documentation up to date.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide prompt customer service and resolve guest concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing mid‑term rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and follow through on tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway or similar PMS tools.
• Experience with tenant screening and lease management (preferred).
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools and occupancy management (preferred).
