Volunteer – Corporate Wellness Coordinator (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time, remote volunteer position supports Wellness Bienestar Corporativo’s corporate wellness initiatives. You will help design and deliver virtual wellness activities for employees and corporate clients, contributing to a healthier workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating virtual workshops, informational sessions and awareness campaigns.
• Prepare and organise materials, resources and presentation content.
• Support communication through emails, messages and social‑media posts.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to improve programs.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry and document management.
• Collaborate with the core team via regular online check‑ins and maintain clear communication.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interest in corporate wellness, mental health or well‑being.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, able to work independently.
• Reliable, accountable and service‑oriented attitude.
• Available to commit consistent weekly hours and attend virtual meetings.
