Waiter – VOX Cinemas

About the role

Join the VOX Cinemas team and deliver exceptional food and beverage service to movie‑goers. As a Waiter, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure timely service, and contribute to a memorable cinema experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clean and well‑set tables before and after service.
• Provide information on menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
• Upsell items to increase revenue.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation.
• Support stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory tasks.
• Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage or hospitality; cinema or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Commitment to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
