Waiter / Waitress – Hotel Restaurant & Bar

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Waiter/Waitress to join the food & beverage team at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The successful candidate will work at a dedicated station in our restaurant or bar, delivering high‑quality service to guests throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the assigned station, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Take orders, present menu options, and suggest additional items to maximise sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Prepare service plates, collect used dishes and coordinate with bus staff and interns.
• Safeguard any guest belongings left at the workstation and hand them to supervisors.
• Follow all F&B department procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or bar service.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Attendance and punctuality at the assigned station.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of spirits, soft drinks and cocktail preparation.
• Understanding of beverage presentation and service etiquette.
