Warehouse Coordinator (Level IV)

About the role

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator IV to manage the safe receipt, storage, and shipment of goods at its facility in 6th October City, Cairo. The role ensures compliance with FIFO methodology, supports inventory control, and contributes to a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and work instructions without exception.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials using FIFO methodology.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers safely.
• Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain complete, signed, and dated documentation.
• Perform daily inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Inspect equipment such as forklifts and report defects.
• Train and guide team members on procedures and compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Eligible to work locally and meet physical job requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or PRISM).
• Forklift operation certification or demonstrated experience.
