Warehouse Officer – Inbound & Outbound Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Officer will manage the full cycle of inbound and outbound warehouse activities for Eshratex Cotton Spinning. You will ensure accurate inventory records, timely dispatches, and optimal storage utilization in a fast‑moving production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP) to record all goods receipt and issue movements.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming deliveries, verify quantities against purchase orders and reject damaged goods.
• Coordinate dispatches with logistics providers and the commercial department to meet shipment deadlines.
• Maintain organized physical and digital documentation such as waybills, delivery notes and customs papers.
• Optimize bin and rack layouts to maximize space and improve picking efficiency.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure raw material availability on the factory floor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse inbound and outbound operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory control and system administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct accurate stock audits.
• Excellent coordination skills with logistics and production teams.
