Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate with third‑party logistics providers, and ensure accurate inventory management at our Alsadat City facility.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store materials and finished goods following company procedures.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement, enforce FIFO/FEFO practices, and monitor stock levels.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies and investigate variances.
• Coordinate daily activities with 3PL service providers and ensure compliance with agreed processes.
• Process inventory transactions in ERP/WMS and resolve system‑related issues with IT.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and ensure warehouse safety standards are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or storekeeping.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience coordinating with third‑party logistics providers (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
