Warranty Engineer – Home Appliances

About the role

The Warranty Engineer will manage warranty claims for home‑appliance products, ensuring high service standards, customer satisfaction and protection of company rights. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and logistics to resolve claims efficiently and maintain optimal spare‑parts inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor warranty budget and expenditures.
• Review, investigate and approve warranty claims according to established policies.
• Handle customer complaints and cases involving consumer protection agencies.
• Train service, call‑center and sales staff on warranty procedures for existing and new products.
• Coordinate with suppliers to process warranty claims, arrange part replacements or reimbursements.
• Liaise with logistics and customs to meet spare‑parts ordering requirements.
• Track spare‑parts stock across warehouses, branches and third‑party locations.
• Forecast spare‑parts volume based on sales and service plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering (post‑graduate preferred).
• Up to 4 years of experience in a similar warranty or service role, preferably in the appliances industry.
