Web Content Author & Uploader (Optimizely CMS)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Content Author & Uploader to manage, edit, and publish digital content using Optimizely CMS. You will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience and strong SEO performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish web pages using Optimizely CMS.
• Upload and format text, images, videos, and other media assets.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise web content.
• Test and review pages before publishing to guarantee quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot minor content‑related issues within Optimizely.
• Keep content up‑to‑date and remove outdated materials.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in web content management and publishing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand/editorial guidelines.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
