Winter Internship in Brand Management (Undergrads)

About the role

P&G Egypt is offering a winter internship in its multi-functional Brand Management teams, organized around the brands sold in Egypt such as Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, Oral-B and Head & Shoulders. The internship is part of the StandOut Winter Internship Summit, held over 2 days at the P&G Head Office in Cairo in week 1 of November, where students solve real-life business cases, receive training and coaching from senior managers and see how world-famous brands are built. Top-performing students move on to interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Co-lead a new launch or evaluate the current strategy of a brand or product
• Lead monthly market and brand analysis, gather input from the multi-functional team and recommend corrective actions for a category or initiative
• Work on the design and execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, in-store, PR)
• Lead campaign briefs (regional localization or local build-up) and follow up on execution
• Co-lead digital marketing on the brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, eCommerce)
• Co-develop market and initiative reviews and organize internal events

Required profile

• Student graduating in June 2027 or December 2027, studying toward a bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
• Egyptian nationality
• Willing to commit at least 3 months to the internship, which runs 3 to 6 months depending on the student's availability
• Ability to manage a virtual internship with flexible hours alongside ongoing studies
• Strong interest in Brand Management, creativity and innovation, and evidence of achievements in academic or non-academic activities
