WMS Applications Supervisor

About the role

The WMS Applications Supervisor leads the implementation, configuration and continuous improvement of Infor WMS across DP World’s operations in Egypt. The role is responsible for onboarding customers, managing system upgrades, testing, incident investigation and ensuring data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day Infor WMS support, administration and issue resolution.
• Configure and maintain WMS master data, business rules, workflows and user access.
• Lead customer onboarding, requirements gathering, solution design and WMS setup.
• Plan and execute WMS upgrades, implementations, UAT, testing and go‑live activities.
• Investigate WMS, database, integration and transaction issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.
• Ensure WMS data and billing transactions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
• Manage WMS changes, releases and deployments in line with IT governance and change control.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, configurations and knowledge base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT applications support with significant exposure to WMS, preferably Infor WMS.
• Experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, supply chain or pharmaceutical operations is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
