Workshop Maintenance Engineering Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking a Workshop Maintenance Engineering Specialist to ensure the reliability and safety of its vehicle fleet. You will work in a dynamic environment, applying your engineering expertise to keep vehicles operational and compliant with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute scheduled maintenance and repairs on company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles and perform or coordinate necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of vehicle parts and supplies.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for specialized repairs and inspections.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize vehicle downtime and extend vehicle life.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle maintenance and operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostics and repair.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and inventory control.
