Zoho Implementation Specialist Internship

About the role

Pinerium is looking for a motivated Zoho Implementation Specialist Intern to assist in deploying, configuring, and supporting Zoho solutions for clients across various industries. This internship offers hands‑on experience with SaaS, CRM systems, and low‑code business applications while working closely with the implementation and consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and configuring Zoho applications according to client requirements.
• Support setup of CRM systems, workflows, automation, and business process configurations.
• Document implementation requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Participate in testing system configurations and validating business requirements.
• Communicate with clients during implementation and onboarding phases.
• Gather and document business requirements and provide user support.
• Analyze business operations and support process optimization using Zoho solutions.
• Prepare process maps, implementation notes, and operational documentation.
• Help create user guides, training materials, and support user training sessions.
• Support quality‑assurance testing, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting.
• Participate in internal technical training and continuous learning on SaaS and CRM technologies.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in SaaS, CRM systems, automation, and digital transformation.
• Analytical, organized, and eager to learn about technology and business processes.
