380kV Substation Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time 380kV Substation Site Manager to lead on‑site activities for high‑voltage substation projects in Riyadh. The role ensures that construction, installation, testing and commissioning are delivered safely, on schedule and to design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction, installation, testing and commissioning of 380kV substation works.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, multidisciplinary site teams and field personnel.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations.
• Review drawings, schematics and technical documents, plan work sequences and organise resources.
• Prepare and manage site reports, documentation, inspections and risk‑assessment records.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and client representatives, and participate in site meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience in high‑voltage substation projects.
• Proven experience managing construction or installation sites for HV/MV substations, including supervision of contractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, electrical codes and HSE practices.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
