Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This is a full-time, independent contractor position for an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency, acting as the main point of contact for clients so that campaigns are delivered successfully, relationships are nurtured and growth opportunities are identified.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative, content) to execute strategies
• Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans
• Monitor campaign performance and present insights, reports and recommendations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and handle client feedback and issues efficiently

Required profile

• 2-5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital or marketing agency
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts at once
• Experience working with international clients (UK/US markets preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required skills

• Digital marketing channels: PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing
• CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com
• Analytical mindset and strong communication and presentation skills
