Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

About the role

Dot IT is looking for an Account Manager with digital marketing experience in Cairo. You will build and maintain strong client relationships as their main point of contact, understand their goals and develop digital marketing strategies to deliver on them.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between clients and the agency, making sure their needs are met and passed clearly to the project teams.
• Develop digital marketing strategies covering branding, web design and development, SEO, SMM and media buying.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as branding, web design, SEO, SMM and media buying.
• Collaborate with the internal teams in branding, web design, SEO, SMM and media buying to run campaigns effectively.
• Monitor project performance, give clients regular updates and insights, and manage projects to meet deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of hands-on account management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and give clients actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative team.
• Strong negotiation, critical thinking and communication skills.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Enough knowledge of branding, web design and development, SEO, SMM and media buying.
