Account Manager – HORECA

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with key HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering companies. The role focuses on maintaining existing accounts, driving revenue through upselling and cross‑selling, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of HORECA clients.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular account reports, forecasts and performance updates.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HORECA, FMCG or food distribution.
• Strong relationship‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Existing network within the HORECA sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
