About the role
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants and cafés. The role focuses on growing existing accounts, driving revenue and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies)
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for smooth order processing and delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HORECA, FMCG or food distribution
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Existing network within the HORECA sector is a plus
- Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluent in English
