Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing day‑to‑day communications and ensuring successful planning and execution of events. This role blends creative vision with operational efficiency to deliver high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the agency and assigned clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Manage daily client requests, including production needs, marketing materials, and event requirements.
• Oversee event planning and execution from concept to completion, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Coordinate internally with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver seamless projects.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, budgets, and timelines for client projects.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential issues.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and events as required.
• Track and manage budgets, invoices, and payment follow‑ups in collaboration with finance.
• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in account management, preferably within an events, marketing, or production agency.
• Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of event planning, production processes, and vendor management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events when required.
