Account Manager

About the role

A regional advertising company in Cairo is looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships, lead project execution and ensure the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives. The role sits as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, requiring strong ownership, cross-functional coordination and the ability to turn client needs into high-quality outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication, build trust-based relationships and align clients on scope, timelines and deliverables
• Own several projects and workstreams at once, turning client briefs into structured plans and taking full financial ownership from quotations through POs to invoicing
• Coordinate with creative, production and internal teams and keep workflows smooth
• Maintain attention to detail, accuracy and consistency, and drive continuous improvement
• Keep account hygiene up to date using project management tools such as CPS and minutes of meetings, and apply sound financial bookkeeping
• Solve problems proactively, identify risks early and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in account management, marketing or a related field
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with PepsiCo (or as an ex-PepsiCo employee)
• Proactive, highly organised and agile, with strong prioritisation and accountability
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills, calm under pressure and positive attitude
