Account Manager – New Sellers Acquisition (MENA)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a dynamic, customer‑obsessed Account Manager to expand its third‑party marketplace in Egypt. You will be responsible for acquiring, developing and managing high‑value seller accounts, ensuring a broad product selection, competitive pricing and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire high‑potential sellers through direct outreach, events and presentations.
• Analyze product selection gaps and execute go‑to‑market strategies to attract key market players.
• Guide sellers with data‑driven insights to improve delivery standards, customer experience and business performance.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of seller partners to meet growth targets and performance metrics.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on seller performance issues and provide feedback for product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve seller issues and align growth initiatives.
• Track, report and interpret business development results, publishing recommendations and action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail technology or SaaS.
• 2+ years of inside‑sales experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
