About the role

As an Account Manager based in Alexandria, you will be the primary liaison between Talabat and its restaurant partners. You will drive growth by ensuring partner satisfaction, optimizing menu offerings, and expanding commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their needs and meeting expectations.
  • Ensure menu quality, price parity, and vendor‑funded deals while driving affordability.
  • Renew existing contacts, negotiate offers, and upsell new profitability levers.
  • Own the full performance of your portfolio, from sales results to in‑store operations, marketing, and growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular in‑person meetings and provide proactive performance reporting.
  • Negotiate advertising products to boost partner growth and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Maintain granular reporting on portfolio performance and upsell services such as logistics, loyalty programs, and the Talabat vendor dashboard.
  • Promote automation and digitalisation of the vendor experience through portal adoption and self‑service tools.

Required profile

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage transactional deal cycles and achieve targets.
  • High level of ownership, dedication, and creativity in sales tactics.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
