Account Manager – Senior Associate (Managed Services)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate Account Manager to join its Managed Services team. In this role you will act as a key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring outsourced processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outsourced processes such as client interaction, data review, enrichment and processing.
• Implement and monitor quality controls, resolve escalations and client queries.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships while inspiring and guiding junior team members.
• Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.
