Account Specialist – French Speaking (Cairo-based)

About the role

As an Account Specialist you will help grow Agoda’s supply network across Europe while being based in Cairo. You will manage a large portfolio of emerging accommodation partners, driving revenue growth and ensuring high‑quality listings on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Contact high‑growth supply partners to highlight revenue opportunities and maximise their value on Agoda.
• Reach out to new or potential partners to encourage completion of online registrations.
• Promote programme participation through focused project sprints.
• Communicate efficiently with partners via phone, email and messaging.
• Support partners at scale with onboarding, performance monitoring and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with the Market Management and Growth & Accelerator teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive partner success.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Experience managing a portfolio of accommodation or supply partners.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of the travel or hospitality sector is a plus.
