Accountant – 2-3 Years Experience

About the role

Gradients Advertising Group is seeking a motivated Accountant to support its fast‑growing advertising agency. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax and VAT regulations, and delivering accurate financial reports. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to keep the agency’s books clean and timely.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, including invoices and payments.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.
• Monitor and follow up on VAT and tax obligations.
• Assist in the month‑end closing process and related reconciliations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in advertising or marketing agencies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with VAT and tax compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (any major package).
