Accountant – Financial Reporting & Treasury

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping, prepare financial statements and support treasury activities. The role involves close collaboration with regional directors and local advisors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and process all transactions based on supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly profit & loss, cash flow, balance sheet, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, manage the fixed assets register and perform annual physical counts.
• Support external auditors by providing required data and posting adjustment entries.
• Handle accounts payable – review vendor invoices, prepare payment requests, record accruals and produce aging reports.
• Manage accounts receivable – post client invoices, process collections and reconcile customer balances.
• Oversee treasury functions – update cash registers, forecast cash flow and monitor payment checks.
• Prepare quarterly withholding tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and undertake ad‑hoc financial duties as needed.
