Accountant – Financial Systems & ERP

About the role

Modern Financial Technology is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its team in Heliopolis – Korba, Egypt. You will work with internal audit, financial consulting and ERP implementation projects, handling day‑to‑day transactions and supporting the preparation of reliable financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Record journal entries accurately and maintain the general ledger.
• Process daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and support periodic financial reports and statements.
• Assist in internal audit activities and contribute to improving financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with consultants on ERP implementation and data migration tasks.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP environments.
• Good command of written English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to organise financial documentation.
• Team player who can meet deadlines and work under structured processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
