About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic industrial supplies environment.
Key responsibilities
- Record and review daily accounting transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and control petty cash.
- Follow up on customer collections and verify supplier invoices.
- Prepare VAT‑related transactions, tax filings, and assist in monthly closing.
- Maintain inventory and fixed‑asset accounting records.
- Review payroll‑related entries and prepare financial reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian taxation and VAT.
- Experience in AP, AR, treasury, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
