About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to support the financial operations of a mall property. The role involves handling tenant invoicing, monitoring receivables, and ensuring accurate recording of collections and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in issuing monthly and quarterly invoices for rent, service charges, and marketing fees for mall tenants.
- Monitor accounts receivable, flag overdue balances, and coordinate with the Property Manager.
- Track and reconcile tenant security deposits and letters of guarantee.
- Record daily collections and vendor payments in the SAP FI module.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of lease contracts and technical addendums.
- Monitor departmental expenses against the approved budget and report significant variances.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous internship in an Accounting Department is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP FI module.
