Accountant – Real Estate Finance

About the role
Monte Developments is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its finance team in New Cairo. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records for our real‑estate projects and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile bank and ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor expenses, cost allocations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits, as well as tax filing processes.
- Provide data‑driven insights to support financial decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the real‑estate sector is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and related tools.
