Accounting Manager

About the role

Dyninno is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead all accounting functions across its global operations. You will ensure accurate financial statements, compliance with Egyptian tax regulations, and provide insightful financial analysis to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes, including accruals, provisions and reconciliations.
• Prepare annual financial statements and monthly ad‑hoc reports for group consolidation.
• Ensure calculation, filing and payment of corporate tax, VAT, payroll taxes and withholding tax in line with Egyptian law.
• Monitor tax law changes and assess impact on financial operations.
• Lead or support ERP system implementation and maintenance, coordinating with IT and vendors.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations between local and group financials.
• Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll for 500+ employees, handling gross‑to‑net calculations and tax withholdings.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and international accounting standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex closing cycles and large‑scale payroll.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
