Accounting Manager

About the role

TechLabs London is expanding its finance team in Cairo and seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead daily financial operations. You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial data while supporting the company’s rapid growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Design and improve financial processes, controls, and automation frameworks.
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team.
• Act as the primary finance liaison with senior management and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (professional certifications a plus).
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in fast‑growing or structured organisations is preferred.

• Strong leadership in accounting, reporting, and ERP environments.
• Advanced expertise in financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessment.
• Proven ability to leverage automation to streamline accounting processes.
• Capability to identify financial risks and implement mitigation frameworks.
