About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance function within the tourism sector. The role is based in Down Town and involves overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and delivering timely financial reports that support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the accounting team and coordinate daily financial activities.
- Maintain and monitor general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Execute month‑end and year‑end closing processes, preparing financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits and implement improvements to accounting systems.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to align with company objectives.
- Ensure all reporting complies with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Required profile
- 8–12 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within the tourism industry.
- Proven track record of managing an accounting team.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
