Accounts Payable Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous financial professional to join our finance team in Cairo as an Accounts Payable Accountant. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to impact our financial operations and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Perform financial analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain approvals and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, focusing on accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in Cairo.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable management, and financial analysis.
