About the role

We are looking for a proactive Admin Assistant to support our executive team. The role involves handling communications, managing schedules, and ensuring confidential documents are handled securely.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and screen telephone calls, respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries, comments and messages in a professional manner.
  • Maintain the director’s agenda, plan appointments, board meetings, conferences and other events.
  • Compose correspondence and prepare statistical reports.
  • Coordinate appointments, manage calendars and schedules.
  • Attend executive meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring their security.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High proficiency with modern office equipment.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office suite.
