About the role
We are looking for a proactive Admin Assistant to support our executive team. The role involves handling communications, managing schedules, and ensuring confidential documents are handled securely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and screen telephone calls, respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
- Promptly address customer inquiries, comments and messages in a professional manner.
- Maintain the director’s agenda, plan appointments, board meetings, conferences and other events.
- Compose correspondence and prepare statistical reports.
- Coordinate appointments, manage calendars and schedules.
- Attend executive meetings and prepare minutes.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring their security.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High proficiency with modern office equipment.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite.
