About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Admin Assistant to manage front‑desk interactions and translation tasks. The role combines client‑facing duties with the preparation of official documents, ensuring high‑quality service and smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive translation requests directly from clients at the front desk.
- Assess, price, and coordinate translation projects based on scope, deadlines, and language pairs.
- Translate official documents such as legal papers, licenses, certificates, residency permits, and academic records.
- Deliver translated documents to clients when required.
- Communicate clearly with clients about services, timelines, and pricing.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Support daily office operations and perform general administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Background in translation or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and client‑focused attitude.
- Professional, organized approach to work.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office applications.
