About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and to ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations. The role combines front‑desk duties with comprehensive administrative support, helping various departments stay organized and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients and guests, creating a professional first impression.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence, routing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars and book meeting rooms.
- Prepare, file and manage documents, perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain filing systems, databases and administrative records with confidentiality.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail, packages and official correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies, support logistics and coordinate requests with internal departments and service providers.
- Prepare administrative reports, keep visitor logs and ensure compliance with company policies and front‑office standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience as an Administrative or Front‑Desk Assistant.
- Fluent business‑level English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
