About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives and team members. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth daily operations across the office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule onsite and virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Take meeting minutes and contribute to team discussions.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 5‑7 years of experience in administrative roles within a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools (advantage).
