About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Administrative Secretary role supports the daily operations of a busy office in Cairo. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication across departments and providing essential administrative support to the management team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, answer phone calls, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize physical and digital documents, reports, and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and ensure meeting rooms are set up with required materials.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
- Support internal teams with various administrative tasks and liaise with other departments for timely follow‑up.
- Perform basic data entry, track office supplies, and assist management with ad‑hoc tasks.
Required profile
- Strong clerical abilities, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance and office support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective scheduling and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration certification is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
