About the role
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Secretary to support our HR and office functions. The role involves handling confidential employee information, managing payroll data, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Prepare and follow up on payroll‑related data.
- Maintain employee files and accurate records.
- Prepare, renew, and track employment contracts.
- Handle personnel affairs and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate HR and administrative matters with staff.
- Organise meetings, schedules, and company correspondence.
- Maintain office documentation and filing systems.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, HR, or secretarial work.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
