Advisory Consultant - Digital Transformation, Data & AI

About the role

CID Consulting is looking for an Advisory Consultant to support its growing advisory practice in Digital Transformation, Data, AI and Technology Strategy. The role suits someone who combines strong business thinking with solid technology knowledge, stays current on emerging technology trends and enjoys solving complex business problems. You will work with senior consultants and client executives to assess current environments, identify opportunities, develop strategies and roadmaps, and turn business priorities into actionable transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital transformation, data, AI and technology strategy engagements.
• Conduct current-state assessments of business processes, technology, data, organization and capabilities.
• Research industries, markets, technologies, competitors and emerging trends, and assess how new technologies create business value.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, data analysis and document reviews, and help identify pain points, opportunities and use cases.
• Develop business cases with benefits, costs, KPIs, ROI, TCO, risks and implementation considerations.
• Support transformation strategies, operating models, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Analyze business processes for simplification, digitization, automation and AI, and translate requirements into functional and technology requirements.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, proposals and executive recommendations, and support workshops with stakeholders and senior management.
• Work with the Data, AI and Technology teams to make recommendations practical and implementable, and contribute to proposals, methodologies and reusable frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from AUC, GUC or another strong university; MICT graduates or those in equivalent business-and-technology programs are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, technology, data or analytics.
• Strong understanding of technology fundamentals and current trends in AI, data, cloud, automation, cybersecurity and enterprise technology.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and strong Arabic communication skills.
• Preferred: French, exposure to digital transformation strategy, data strategy, business cases and change management, and previous consulting or technology experience.
