AEM Technical Lead – Octopus (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

Robusta Studio is seeking an AEM Technical Lead for a six‑month engagement on the Octopus project. The role combines technical leadership with delivery governance to ensure high‑quality digital experiences across multiple regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams of software engineers, QA specialists and CMS content authors.
• Define team structure, capacity planning and resourcing while fostering a culture of quality and continuous development.
• Own delivery governance, including sprint planning, prioritisation, risk management and reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee AEM content operations, editorial management, campaign and product page creation across regional websites.
• Manage digital asset management (DAM) processes, ensuring assets are optimised, reusable and governed.
• Direct product information management (PIM) for model data, specifications, pricing and coordinated roll‑outs.
• Supervise forms, lead management and feature enablement for campaigns, feedback and dealer interactions.

Required profile

• Director‑level or senior full‑stack engineering experience with extensive Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise.
• Proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams in an enterprise‑scale digital environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery governance capabilities.
