About the role
The After Sales Engineer will lead and develop Alarabia Group’s after‑sales operations for home appliances in the 10th of Ramadan industrial zone. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient warranty and technical support processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee service quality and performance of service centers.
- Manage warranty claims, spare‑parts inventory, and technical support tickets.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on home appliances and consumer electronics.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient after‑sales processes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
- Strong background in sales engineering and technical support.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the home‑appliances or consumer‑electronics sector.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
